The Alcohol Technolgy and Environment Science division publishes “Performance of Co-operative Distilleries in Maharashtra” for every financial year ending on 31st March.
The book consists of comparative performance data and its analysis. This helps distilleries examine their progress in this period and also compare themselves with others in the State.
The information will also be useful to the distilleries in future planning considering the rising importance of ethanol in the global and national scenario.
This publication also includes effluent treatment data of the distilleries and articles apprising the industry of the various norms of the Corporate Responsibility for Environmental Protection (CREP) charter.
