Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices may change annually and without prior notice depending on management decisions.
2. Service Charges and Education Cess at prevailing rate will be charged on the above fees.
3. Under Circular No.c.s.f.3999/S.No.206/3-c of Government of Maharashtra State dated 24th January 2000, VSI has been approved for undertaking the foregoing services as expert organization.
4. Our fees as mentioned above are reasonable and quite less than that of circulated in letter No. SSK-102000/11099/No.300/3-S dated 19th August.2001 addressed to Commissioner of Sugar by Deputy Secretary, Co-operative & Textile, Government of Maharashtra and circular No. Sugar commissioner/office-13/by product/project fees/2001/511dated 14th February 2001 issued by Commissioner of Sugar, Maharashtra State.
5. The above fees are exclusively for member co-operative sugar factories only and for non-member factories the fees will be charges 1.5 times of that of member factories.
6. Service charges are revised and w.e.f. 01.09.2007.
