State Key Laboratory of Tropical Crop Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science (CATAS), Haikou for developing the drought tolerant sugarcane lines.
Collaboration with Max Plank Institute (Germany), CHARCRA (Argentina) and ICGEB for ICSB funded collaborative project for development of Chloroplast transformation in sugarcane.
International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi for development of diagnostic tools for sugarcane grassy shoot disease.
