Entomology - Objectives

Agricultural Entomology Section works with the following objectives;
1. To conduct AICRP projects, VSI funded projects and company-sponsored project
2. To conduct lectures on IPM in AVSI courses and in farmers and other sponsored training programs.
3. To conduct one-day workshop on different entomological aspects.
4. To visit sugar mills for pest problem and SDF monitoring etc.
5. To produce Trichogramma chilonis and Trichogramma pretiosum cards.
