Entomology - Training

1. Agriculture Entomology section is engaged in training of sugar factories officials as well as sugarcane farmers and Government officers for Integrated Pest Management of sugarcane pests by conducting short-term and orientation training programs.
2. Generate awareness of pests management to increase sugarcane yield and sugar recovery through cane development activities and farmers rallies.
3. Dissemination of information about pests management and modern cane cultivation practices to farmers.
4. Organize and participate in the State/ National/ international level seminars/ conference.
